What HuntYourPath is
A platform for connecting people who can refer candidates at their employer with people looking for a referral. We are not an employer, a recruiter, or a party to any hiring decision — we provide the matching and communication tools; the actual referral, interview, and hiring process happens entirely between you and the company/employee involved.
No guaranteed outcome
Posting or responding to an offer doesn't guarantee an interview, a referral, or a job. We don't vouch for the accuracy of anyone's claims beyond corporate-email domain verification for job-givers, which confirms an email address at that domain — not employment status, seniority, or ability to actually refer.
Your own employer's policies
If you're a job-giver, you're responsible for complying with your own employer's referral program rules, code of conduct, and any policies around outside compensation for hiring-related activity. We don't compel, encourage, or condone violating your employer's policies to use this platform.
Acceptable use
Don't post false claims about your employer or role, don't harass other users through the relay, don't use the platform to solicit payment for referrals. Use the report link on any offer or request if you see something that violates this.
Account termination
We can suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms, including fabricated employer verification or harassment through the messaging relay.
